Our Group Norms:

1. Speak mandarin

2. The minority should be subordinate to the majority

3. Everybody has the right to speak freely and the right to remain silence

4. When we are going to convene a meeting, we should take it when all team members are free.

5. Speak with a kind manner

6. Learn from each other with modest attitude

7. Build a harmonious atmosphere

8. When someone come up with a project or program but another disagree, experiment should be done to test the feasibility.

Our assumption is that everyone in our team is clearly understood what we are talking and what is our goal.
